Pia Škulj pursued both personal and professional development through the #EYE program. For her, this experience was not just an opportunity to expand her business but also a chance for personal growth. The time she spent abroad provided a unique opportunity to test her resilience and creativity in a new environment.
Before the exchange, Pia worked in Slovenia as a psychotherapist with a particular interest in group therapy and innovative therapeutic approaches. She shares her work on her Instagram page @psihopompd and hosts a podcast on Radio ETER.
Her host was Matias Castagnola, a clinical psychologist from Argentina with extensive experience in psychodrama and group therapy. This diverse background set the stage for a rich and mutually beneficial exchange.
Results and Achievements of Pia and Matias During the Exchange:
Mentor’s Projects:
- Active Participants: 50 people attended at least one meeting.
- New Networks Established: Email, Telegram, website, and new offers on the “It’s Complicated” page.
- New Products Created: Psychodrama groups and a Dream group.
Pia’s Own Projects:
- Telegram Group: 20 members who engaged with updates and joined the group.
- Group Meetings:
- Psychodrama Groups: 12 meetings.
- Dream Group: 8 meetings.
- Customer Increase: A total of 70 new clients.
- Both Pia’s and Matias’s projects started from scratch and progressively developed during the exchange.
Reflecting on the experience, Pia emphasizes: “Whatever happens – everything is a learning experience.” This journey not only expanded her professional horizons but also deepened her personal insights.
