MED-KED project meeting was held in Barcelona to discuss preparation of pilot actions for boosting knowledge based entrepreneurship.
Project MED-KED (Mediterranean Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship Development) is implemented by Technology Park Ljubljana and additional four partners: ASTER, Barcelona Activa, Fondation Sophia Antipolis, Provincia di Milano. Project is cofunded by the transnational European Programme MED for territorial cooperation and its aim is to improve the competitiveness in order to ensure growth and employment for the next generation.

Project partners participated also at the International workshop - Experts' meeting on employment, skills and entrepreneurship in the Mediterranean. Workshop was organised by the Secretariat of the Union of the Mediterranean, the OECD LEED Programme and the City Barcelona in cooperation with Barcelona Activa.
Iztok Lesjak, M. Sc., General Manager of Technology Park Ljubljana, presented at the event the experiences and best practices of Technology Park Ljubljana endeavors in boosting and supporting knowledge based entrepreneurship.
