The 2nd Lakeside Conference took place at the Lindner Seepark Hotel in Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, Austria, on November 26 and 27, 2009, where new models and share examples, experiences, tips and information on successful collaborations were presented: 

- What are the best organizational forms for research collaborations?
- Which “rules of play” promote innovative development teams?
- How does one turn a lab discovery into a profitable company?

Together with the question of “HOW” to collaborate, the Conference also focused on the issue of “WITH WHOM".
