Struggling with a new project? Entering a new market? Can't find the right way to your costumers and increased sales?

We may have an answer to your problems! One of the main features of growing a successful lean business is getting to know, firstly your team members and your processes, and secondly, but even more important – your CUSTOMER.

You can do all of that, through innovative solution called the Bee Box, made by former Erasmus Entrepreneur – Joery Schotanus, who decided to start his own business in Slovenia, rather than in Netherlands. Reasons why, will present Joery himself.

Bee Box

The Bee Box is a tool which enables teams as well as individuals to go through the whole innovation process, from empathy to business pitching. Based on the input of each individual the structure of the project can be designed. It will help teams to prioritize, visualize and optimize different aspects of the project. To run a successfull project it is important to understand what the other team members find important, what are their skills and how can they be used most effectively.

And what about the end-user, the people who are actually going to use your product or service? A clear understanding of the end-user is the key to a successful project.

By interacting with the tool, the teams will create a common understanding of the project, a clear vision of what the end-user needs and how those needs can be served. The Bee Box contains several elements, each element representing one phase in the innovation process.

Agenda:

9:00 – 10:00        Introduction and short lecture on Empathy
10:00 – 12:00     Work in teams of 2-5 people, with Bee Box tool

The workshop is intended to give your team a new perspective on difficulties, which may occur on your business path. It is also a great opportunity for improving communication between team members and finding the right solution through guided brainstorming.

Due to nature of workshop (working in groups), established teams are invited to participate with their own business issue. Nevertheless, individuals who has similar questions, or think they can contribute with their knowledge and experience, are also welcome to join.
